A new software update for LabMaestro is now available. Release 1.13 introduces several new features to streamline experiment setup and expand hardware support:

• Keystone Correction Add-on: New licensed add-on with a calibration tool, a keystone correction option for experiments, and examples for MATLAB and PsychoPy.
• Wayland Support: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS no longer supports X11, so all software now runs on Wayland.
• Full Digital IO Logging: The DATAPixx3 Full log mode is now available in LabMaestro (Start Digital Recording) and pypixxlib. It logs every transition on all 24 digital inputs and 24 digital outputs.
• Condition List Import: Import condition lists from CSV/TSV files and edit fields during the import.
• Built-in Log Table Viewer: View log tables directly in LabMaestro without exporting them first.
• Project Backups: LabMaestro now keeps a backup copy of your project.
• Smarter Auto-Device Selection: Can now use connected devices that are not part of the project.
• Expression Improvements: Point variables (e.g., tracker status points, Mouse.CursorPos) now appear in auto-complete and in the expression editor.
• VIEWPixx3 /OLED: Select the resolution mode directly from LabMaestro. Research mode is now turned on automatically for screen calibration, colour calibration and I1 measurements.
• Refreshed Tracker Calibration: The tracker calibration interface got a visual update.
